TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order with Mutt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
1. Product Use and Safety
- Veterinary Consultation: While we consult veterinarians during product development, we are not veterinarians. Please consult your pet’s veterinarian before using our products, especially if your pet has allergies or health concerns.
- Allergy Disclaimer: We list all ingredients on our product labels, but cross-contamination may occur during manufacturing. Discontinue use immediately if you or your pet shows signs of irritation or an allergic reaction & contact your vet or doctor.
2. Product Composition and Dyes
- Natural and Food-Grade Dyes: We use food-grade and natural dyes in our products. Although rare, coloration of your or your pet's hair or fur may occur. Please test a small area before full use. These dyes make up less than 1% of our formulas to minimize risk.
3. Refunds and Returns
- General Refund Policy: Refunds are typically not offered but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@hellomutt.com for assistance or visit our Shipping and Refunds page. (https://www.hellomutt.com/terms). You may contact us to cancel your order for a full refund within 4 hours of purchase.
- Returns: Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items. To initiate a return, email hello@hellomutt.com with your order number. IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we have made a mistake with your order fulfillment (example: we sent the wrong items).
4. Shipping and Processing
- Processing Times: Processing takes 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Items ship once a fresh batch is ready. High-volume periods or holidays may extend processing times (November & December, annually) , and updates will be provided on the cart page and confirmation email.
- Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class/Priority Mail, or UPS. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
Lost Packages
- For lost packages, we will file an inquiry with USPS/UPS and update you as we receive information. It may take up to a week to get more information from the carrier.
-Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Packages sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.
5. ATTENTION: International Customers
- You May Incur Additional Fees: International customers may be subject to VAT, import taxes, or other fees required by their local postal service or government. Mutt is not responsible for these charges, cannot predict these charges, and do not include these charges in our product fees or shipping fees.
- Shipping Methods: International orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx International, or UPS International. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
6. Melt Warning
- High Temperatures: Our wax-dipped bars are designed to withstand high temperatures but may soften or melt in extreme heat during transit. If this occurs, refrigerate the product to re-harden. Melted items remain usable, but refunds are not provided for heat-related issues.
7. Intellectual Property
- Trademarks and Copyrights: All content, branding, product names, and designs are the property of Mutt and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express permission.
8. Privacy and Data Security
Customer Information: Mutt collects and stores personal information for the purpose of processing your order and improving our services. 10. Coupons
- Coupons cannot be combined and have no cash value. You may not combine coupons with your perk reward point redemption codes. Mutt reserves the right to suspend a coupon or a sale at any point without warning.

1. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE 'POINTS', ALSO KNOWN AS TO AS 'TREATS' WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT, ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH AND HAVE NO ($0.00) MONETARY VALUE. THEY ARE ALSO NOT REAL DOG TREATS -- SORRY, PUPS. WE STILL LOVE YOU.
2. 'TREATS' MAY BE REDEEMED FOR PROMO CODES AND DISCOUNTS, DEPENDING ON THE CURRENT MARKETPLACE. YOU MUST HAVE 200 TREATS TO REDEEM AT ANY POINT. THESE PRODUCTS AND GIFT CARDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN THE WAY OF CASH. PLEASE SEE SPECIFICS TO FOLLOW.
3. FREE MERCHANDISE, DISCOUNTS CODES OR GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. POINTS WILL NOT BE RETURNED FOR ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE OR ACCIDENTAL REDEEMING OF ANY KIND. ALL CONFIRMING ACTIONS OF REDEEMING POINTS ARE FINAL.
4. 'TREAT' BALANCE MAY TAKE 48-72 HOURS TO UPDATE AFTER A PURCHASE. WE CANNOT ADD THEM ON OTHERWISE. MISSING POINTS MAY BE CLAIMED BY FILLING OUT THE CLAIM FORM ON YOUR REWARDS PAGE OR EMAILING HELLO@HELLOMUTT.COM
5. REGARDING GIFT CARD PROMO CODES REDEEMED FROM 'TREATS': WE PROVIDE ONE (1) SINGLE CODE. IF YOU LOSE THIS CODE, OR SHARE IT WITH SOMEONE, WE CANNOT CANCEL IT OR REFUND IT TO YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE. TREAT THIS CODE AS YOU WOULD ANY GIFT CARD. SHARING OF YOUR CODE IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME. ANY CODE USED WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT OR A GUEST ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED.
NOTE: YOU WILL HAVE TO USE ALL OF YOUR PROMO CODE BALANCE IN ONE SINGULAR ORDER. WE CANNOT GIVE YOU A NEW CODE WITH THE REMAINING BALANCE!
6. REGARDING FREE MERCHANDISE REDEEMED FROM 'TREATS': THIS MERCHANDISE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE REWARD. SHIPPING WILL VARY BASED ON LOCATION AND/OR THE ORDER AMOUNT.
7. GIFT CARDS AND FREE MERCHANDISE ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CBD PRODUCTS. YOU MAY NOT USE THE GIFT CARD OR GET FREE MERCHANDISE. YOU MAY HOWEVER CLAIM TREATS TO YOUR BALANCE BY EMAILING US AT HELLO@HELLOMUTT.COM WITH YOUR NAME, EMAIL AND CBD ORDER NUMBER. CBD PURCHASE POINTS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO YOUR 'TREAT' BALANCE.
8. OTHER PROMOTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WHEN USING A REWARD THAT YOU REDEEMED FROM 'TREATS'. ONLY ONE PROMO CODE IS ALLOWED AT CHECKOUT AT ONE SINGLE TIME. YOU MAY MAKE ANOTHER ORDER TO REDEEM OR TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANY OTHER SALES OR DISCOUNTS,

ANY VALUE OF LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 99 (NINETY-NINE) 'TREATS' IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR MERCHANDISE, GIFT CARDS, ETC. NO MODIFICATIONS WILL BE MADE TO THE REWARDS REDEEMING SYSTEM IF SUCH ENDING WAS TO OCCUR. YOU MUST STILL SPEND ON ORDERS TO RECEIVE REWARDS DURING THE ACTIVE PROMOTION PERIOD. 13. REFUNDS AND TREAT POINTS: IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, YOUR POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TREAT BALANCE IN THE AMOUNT CORRESPONDING TO THE REFUND AMOUNT.
14. LOSS OF ACCESS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO SUSPENDING YOUR ACCOUNT IF WE NOTICE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. THIS APPLIES TO EXCESSIVE INCOMPLETE RETURNS OR IN THE EVENT OF A FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK CLAIM. YOUR ACCOUNT ACCESS WILL BE SUSPENDED FOLLOWING A REVIEW OF YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS DECISION, WHILE RARE TO COMEBY, IS FINAL AND IRREVERSIBLE. ANY FUTURE ACCOUNTS MADE BY THE SUSPENDED USER WILL BE SUBJECT TO TERMINATION.
NOTE: REDEMPTION TERMS MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF 'TREATS' REQUIRED FOR EACH REWARD AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
